There are days when I’m pretty sure I don’t know what I’m doing.

I feel like I’m floundering my way through life. I’m really good at looking like I have everything in control, and really bad at actually controlling it.

I have mechanisms in place to help me manage myself. I write meticulous lists; A thorough search of my car, office space and bedroom will uncover hundreds of crumpled pieces of paper with bullet points and scrawled writing.

I detail every aspect of my life. And to be honest, I don’t even look at most of these lists after I write them. But there’s something about taking an obligation out of my mind and putting it on paper that calms me, clears my head and makes everything seem more manageable. 

I currently have two lists detailing the pros and cons of a laptop vs. an iPad.
