The Civil Wars - You Are My Sunshine (Live) (by rcthomas1)

I’ve been listening to The Civil Wars on repeat since their show is less than a week away. I can’t remember the last time I was this excited to see an artist perform. I’m fully expecting a totally immersive performance, and I can’t see any scenario in which I am disappointed.

I have yet to witness a band so consistently flawless and engaging.

And I really hope they play this song.

I just finished interviewing Isaac Slade of The Fray

Me: I actually really loved the last album. I have it on vinyl and it's hands down one of my favorites.
Isaac: Thank you! I just got an old record player, so I'm going to have to listen to that now.
Me: Oh gosh, yeah. I have a 1950s Zenith and that record just sounds like it was made for vinyl. You definitely have to listen to it. Although ... I guess I shouldn't be the one telling you to listen to your own album...

We bought a light blue couch this week. I know that I want to style our living room around the piece, but I’m debating exactly how I want to do that. Neutral walls? Light yellow walls?
